66winph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings earned by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 21 will be forfeited without exception.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account at 66winph. If you are found to hold or have held more than one account — whether directly or through a connected device, household, or payment method — 66winph will close all duplicate accounts. Balances and bonuses in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. If you believe a duplicate has been created in error, contact support immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 66winph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 66winph will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login information.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 66winph immediately by contacting our support team. We will investigate and, where necessary, suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing.
As part of our compliance obligations, 66winph may at any time require you to verify your identity, age, address, or payment methods. Standard verification documents include a government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to complete a requested verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal holds, account suspension, or account closure. Verification is required for all accounts before a withdrawal can be processed.
66winph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels:
The minimum single deposit at 66winph is ₱100. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though individual payment channel limits may apply and are set by the respective payment provider. All deposits must be made from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any processing fees incurred.
The minimum single withdrawal at 66winph is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to deposit, where technically possible. Where a deposit method cannot receive funds (e.g., prepaid cards), 66winph will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative payment method registered in your verified name.
Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals process in under 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 banking days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawals above ₱100,000 are subject to enhanced verification review, which typically adds no more than 30 minutes to the processing time for fully verified accounts.
Currency: All 66winph transactions are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). Amounts are displayed and settled in PHP only. 66winph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
If your 66winph account has no login activity and a zero-bonus balance for a continuous period of 12 months, it is considered inactive. An inactive account with a remaining real-money balance may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100, deducted from the balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in. 66winph will send email notice before any inactive account fee is first applied.
All sports bets placed at 66winph are subject to acceptance at our discretion. Odds are offered as a guide and may change before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued to your account. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed.
The minimum single bet at 66winph is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event significance, and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 66winph reserves the right to set individual account-level stake limits without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, such as suspected abuse of markets.
A bet may be voided — and your stake returned — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the date for which the market was offered; a fighter, team, or player is replaced after the market opened and before the event begins; the official result is overturned by the governing body; or an obvious pricing error is identified (e.g., an incorrect decimal placement resulting in an unintended 10x deviation from fair market odds).
Live in-play betting is available at 66winph for most major sports markets. Live odds update in real time and markets may be suspended at any point during play. Bets placed after the outcome of the event or a key phase of the event is determined — due to any data or communication delay — will be voided regardless of the odds obtained. 66winph uses standard time-delayed data feeds and accepts no liability for connectivity-related delays on the player's end.
Parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections. If one leg is void, that leg is removed and the parlay payout is recalculated on the remaining legs at the correct odds. If a parlay includes legs that are subsequently found to be correlated (i.e., where one result directly determines another), 66winph reserves the right to reduce the parlay to the non-correlated legs or void the parlay at its discretion.
66winph offers a range of promotions, bonuses, free spins, and cashback programmes to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the promotion page at the time of the offer.
Promotions at 66winph are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time the bonus is claimed. New-player offers are available to accounts that have not previously received a deposit bonus on the platform. Players who are found to have registered multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses more than once will have all bonus-related winnings forfeited and their accounts closed.
All deposit bonuses at 66winph are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the total amount of bets you must place before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion and are applied to the bonus amount received. The 66winph weekly cashback promotion and any other cashback offers explicitly stated as having no wagering requirement may be withdrawn immediately upon credit. Where cashback is subject to a wagering requirement, the specific terms will be clearly displayed on the promotion page.
Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit the 66winph bonus system — including registering multiple accounts, using technical exploits, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or placing low-risk hedged bets purely to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and permanent account closure.
All casino games available at 66winph — including JILI slots, Bingo, live dealer games, and table games — are provided by certified third-party software suppliers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an accredited independent testing laboratory. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are maintained by the game supplier and are independently verified.
66winph does not control the outcome of any individual game round. Game malfunctions, disconnections, or technical errors during gameplay that result in the loss of a bet stake will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds, free spin winnings, or cashback credits derived from activity in breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation. Real-money deposits not subject to a withdrawal restriction will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days of the investigation's conclusion, unless there is a legal reason to retain them.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 66winph support. Before closure is processed, we will confirm your identity and ensure all withdrawal restrictions (such as active bonus wagering) have been addressed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

You agree that any claim arising from your use of 66winph must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period are time-barred unless prohibited by applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
